Before listing and sending the devices, all devices have been thoroughly tested and graded depending on their cosmetic condition. In regards to the cosmetic side of the handsets, we grade our devices based on our knowledge for the industry, where we have done countless amounts of research in order to give the best idea to our customers on what to expect for each grade.

Warranty Details
After 31 days you will only be covered under our 12 month return to base warranty for manufacturing defects only. Accidental and water damage are not covered. Phones that have been returned to us for a fault covered under the warranty but arrive back to us with a self inflicted damaged screen or camera lens will void the warranty and will be sent back to the customer. Any unauthorised attempts to repair the device will result in voiding the warranty. After 31 days, we offer a repair to all customers; If a handset is returned for a repair but is deemed as uneconomical to repair, a replacement handset will be issued. Battery related issues that occur are only covered for 3 months of the warranty period.
